About this Product
This blend is developed in collaboration with critically acclaimed culinary and cultural storyteller, Nadir Nahdi. Inspired by his Yemeni and Pakistani heritage, the blend gets its savory depth and spice from Jodhana Cumin, Peni Miris Cinnamon, and Kandyan Cloves. Hawaij Masala is versatile, warming and can be used to cook signature dishes from lamb zorbiyan and chicken mandi to vegetable stew! Ingredients: Jodhana Cumin, Nandini Coriander, Pragati Turmeric, Aranya Black Pepper, Peni Miris Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Kandyan Cloves, Anamalai Nutmeg

Preorder makes items available to you even if they are temporarily out of stock at our online fulfillment center. As soon as you submit your preorder we ask our artisans to ship your items to us. We usually receive the items within 3-7 business days. As soon as they arrive we send them to you. So your preorder should get to you in approximately 10-14 business days. Occasionally preorder items have to be shipped to us from overseas which makes the wait a little longer.
Ukrainian stoneware is handmade to order in Ukraine and as such takers 8-12 weeks to arrive.
