Organic, non gmo, gluten free, mixed pitted kalamata & green olives. These are delicious greek olives ideal for cooking, salads, or just snacking. Often used as table olives, liokareas mixed pitted kalamata & green olives are preserved in organic extra virgin olive oil, organic red wine vinegar, liokareas mani sea salt and water. The liokareas name- pronounced lee-o-carry-us is synonymous with olives. For more than five generations, the liokareas family has harvested their farm the way it was harvested by family in 1875, by using traditional harvesting methods. Handpicked and hand-packed. Kalamata olives are found only on the peloponnese peninsula in southern greece. Same as the liokareas orchard! And what olives we don’t eat or press into oil, we offer to you! For hors-d'oeuvres and your favorite dishes or salads. Simply perfect! Kalamata olives and their oils are naturally rich in healthy fats and antioxidants, iron and vitamins a, e & k. Mmmm, vitamins. Preorder makes items available to you even if they are temporarily out of stock at our online fulfillment center. As soon as you submit your preorder we ask our artisans to ship your items to us. We usually receive the items within 3-7 business days. As soon as they arrive we send them to you. So your preorder should get to you in approximately 10-14 business days. Occasionally preorder items have to be shipped to us from overseas which makes the wait a little longer.
Ukrainian stoneware is handmade to order in Ukraine and as such takers 8-12 weeks to arrive.
