Level Ground compra café de la Cooperativa Fero del Sindicato de Caficultores de Sidama. La cooperativa tiene aproximadamente 3000 agricultores miembros. La cooperativa cuenta con 3 estaciones de lavado a varios kilómetros de distancia y 11 puestos de compra para la compra de cerezas. Todas las cerezas se procesan en las tres estaciones de lavado cooperativas. El café procesado se envía por camión a Addis para su molienda y clasificación, y luego se envía al puerto de Djibouti, que se encuentra a 600 km de Addis.
