About this Product
Grown and foraged for us by our friends at Eko Land, a community of organic farmers from the heart of Sri Lanka, these wild cinnamon quills are harvested from spicy or "miris" old growth trees. Gently hand crushing a quill into your cooking can turn a simple pot of rice into an aromatic experience and bring just about any stew or curry to life. And since cinnamon loses it volatile oils and flavor compounds so quickly, using quills ensures that you're getting the freshest and most potent cinnamon there is!
