Algunos productores de té en Assam hacen su té usando un 'dheki' de madera para machacar arroz. Este té se elabora sin electricidad, solo con el esfuerzo humano y la luz del sol. El té resultante produce una taza rica y fuerte y es perfecto para mezclarlo con especias fuertes como la canela, el jengibre, el cardamomo y el clavo.

Origen: Assam, India

Consejos para servir: Use 1 cucharadita colmada o 1 bolsa para 500 ml de agua hirviendo. Déjalo reposar durante 4 minutos.
