Pure Indian Foods, founded in 2008 by Sandeep and Nalini Agarwal, produces grass-fed organic ghee and a range of sustainably sourced organic products. With ghee-making roots dating back to 1889, the company pioneered the "Grassfed & Organic" ghee concept and was the first ghee brand approved by Whole30. Based in New Jersey, they craft small-batch ghee using U.S. cow milk and source spices mainly from small farms in India.
