Our Esmeraldas bar uses cacao sourced from the Ecuadorian region of Esmeraldas, a coastal city in Northeastern Ecuador known for producing some of the the nation's finest cacao. It's a plain chocolate bar, however, it's so fruity and floral it's hard to believe it's not infused with Andean fruits and herbs! If you're new to dark chocolate and prefer a lower percentage of cacao then this is the bar for you.

The taste is good, but I am still looking for a spicy chocolate mix without sugar, so consumers can add their own sweetener to taste.
This is the only coffee I buy these days. The smoothness of the coffee is amazing and the notes of citrus and stone fruits are so good and make the perfect oatmilk latte.
