Shipping policy

We fulfill orders twice a week on Tuesday mornings and Friday afternoons.  We use USPS & UPS for shipment partners and prices are reflected at checkout.  A $1 handling fee covers supplies like boxes, tape, etc.

To attain free economy shipping orders have to be over $55.  Some exclusions apply, see below

  • Summer Chocolate orders must be shipped via a 2-day or less shipping option.
  • Heavy items can only be shipped by ground shipping.
  • Items shipped by Community Partnerships are not part of the free shipping promotion.

Economy shipping takes 4-5 business days, if you want your order sooner please choose accordingly.

Items with Pre-Order status are not held here in stock and take longer to arrive to you.  Examples are cases of coffee which take typically 2-3 weeks and Ukrainian stoneware which is made to order so it takes 2-3 months to arrive.
