Biryani is a celebration of aromatic, spice-laden rice cooked with hearty, marinated fillings. Every region of South Asia boasts their take on biryani as being the best there is. Without taking sides, we're proud to have created a blend that makes a damn good platter of biryani on its own, or acts as a deeply flavorful base for you to make a specific regional variation with! A perfect balance of spicy, salty, warming, earthy, and umami flavors, our masala is at once decadent and simple, distinct and customizable. Sourced from 68 small regenerative family farms across India and Sri Lanka, the spices in this jar have been chosen for their flavor, freshness, and potency. Domestic orders over $45 are eligible for free economy shipping. Prioirty Shipping is extra. Shipping fees vary by location, size & weight, estimates are provided in the shopping cart.
Hawaii, Alaska & International Shipping is available and costs extra.
Preorder makes items available to you even if they are temporarily out of stock at our online fulfillment center. As soon as you submit your preorder we ask our artisans to ship your items to us. We usually receive the items within 3-7 business days. As soon as they arrive we send them to you. So your preorder should get to you in approximately 10-14 business days. Occasionally preorder items have to be shipped to us from overseas which makes the wait a little longer.
Ukrainian stoneware is handmade to order in Ukraine and as such takers 8-12 weeks to arrive.
