With a focus on fair labor practices, the brand partners with eco-conscious production centers like Work+Shelter and Creative Handicrafts, ensuring equitable wages, safe working conditions, and opportunities for advancement. Textile production follows suit, with collaborations with organizations like Eco Tasar and Khamir Kala Cotton initiative for handloomed fabrics, minimizing electricity usage and supporting traditional weaving techniques. Additionally, denim and twill are sourced from OEKOTEX-certified suppliers, tracking environmental impact. While some products still use conventional fabrics, the brand remains committed to improving sustainability efforts.
About this Product
Made from a handloomed fabric developed and hand-woven in Bangladesh by loomers affiliated with Chicago Fair Trade member Motif Handmade. This weave has different colors in the warp and the weft, which gives it a richer color. Natural variations in the weave and color are normal.
This color is a pale blue/violet, and tends to look different in different lights. For most accurate color, view detail photo. One left-front chest pocket. Sustainable coconut buttons. Available in Boxy fit only.
For longest garment life, wash and dry gently.
Cutting and sewing was done at Tarz, a woman-owned small-batch manufacturer in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Domestic orders over $45 are eligible for free economy shipping. Prioirty Shipping is extra. Shipping fees vary by location, size & weight, estimates are provided in the shopping cart.
Hawaii, Alaska & International Shipping is available and costs extra.
Preorder makes items available to you even if they are temporarily out of stock at our online fulfillment center. As soon as you submit your preorder we ask our artisans to ship your items to us. We usually receive the items within 3-7 business days. As soon as they arrive we send them to you. So your preorder should get to you in approximately 10-14 business days. Occasionally preorder items have to be shipped to us from overseas which makes the wait a little longer.
Ukrainian stoneware is handmade to order in Ukraine and as such takers 8-12 weeks to arrive.
