Women’s Peace Collection is a woman-owned fair trade social enterprise dedicated to selling crafts handmade by marginalized artisans across the globe. Their wholesale collection features sterling silver, brass, and gemstone jewelry designed and handcrafted in Bali by talented silversmiths. A small, close-knit group of artisans lives and works together on a family fair trade cooperative and compound in Bali. Balinese silversmiths are renowned for a traditional and unique filigree style, resembling lace and scrollwork. The artisans pride themselves on honoring their culture while incorporating an innovative and modern touch with each piece they create. The jewelry is often accented with semi-precious stones, as well as abalone shell and mother-of-pearl. Women’s Peace Collection is a proud member of the Fair Trade Federation. All of their artisan partners are paid excellent wages, and their products are ethically sourced and consist of sustainable materials. Their mission is to help eliminate poverty and promote peace through fair trade practices.

About This Product

This exquisite necklace features a sterling silver hummingbird with inlaid abalone shell. This is sure to be a new favorite for all dragonfly lovers. Pendant measures approximately 3/4" long by 1" wide (at widest point from beak to wing). .925 Sterling silver; Abalone shell 18" sterling silver chain. Please note: The beautiful abalone colors will vary from piece to piece, as each one is individually handcrafted. See photos for examples.
