About this Product
Farmers across Palestine harvest their olives in small batches and bring them to press from the beginning of the olive harvest in October through the end in December. Each batch carries its own distinctive flavor and when combined create a special blend for the season that becomes their family’s signature olive oil. Canaan honors this age-old tradition by collecting olive oil from the spicy bite of the early harvest to the mild finish toward the end of the harvest. Jenin is our signature olive oil collected from small-scale farmers who live in villages surrounding the Palestinian city of Jenin. Jenin olive oil hosts a diverse range of flavors that will add distinction to any salad, spread, or special meal.We ship Tuesday Mornings & Fridays.
Domestic orders over $45 are eligible for free economy shipping. Prioirty Shipping is extra. Shipping fees vary by location, size & weight, estimates are provided in the shopping cart.
Hawaii, Alaska & International Shipping is available and costs extra.
Preorder makes items available to you even if they are temporarily out of stock at our online fulfillment center. As soon as you submit your preorder we ask our artisans to ship your items to us. We usually receive the items within 3-7 business days. As soon as they arrive we send them to you. So your preorder should get to you in approximately 10-14 business days. Occasionally preorder items have to be shipped to us from overseas which makes the wait a little longer.
Ukrainian stoneware is handmade to order in Ukraine and as such takers 8-12 weeks to arrive.
