How to Use:
For Heat Therapy: Fold the compress in half and place it in the microwave. Heat in 30-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (no longer than 1.5 minutes). Always test the temperature before applying to your skin.
For Cold Therapy: Store in the freezer until ready to use.
We ship Tuesday Mornings & Fridays.
Domestic orders over $45 are eligible for free economy shipping. Prioirty Shipping is extra. Shipping fees vary by location, size & weight, estimates are provided in the shopping cart.
Hawaii, Alaska & International Shipping is available and costs extra.
Preorder makes items available to you even if they are temporarily out of stock at our online fulfillment center. As soon as you submit your preorder we ask our artisans to ship your items to us. We usually receive the items within 3-7 business days. As soon as they arrive we send them to you. So your preorder should get to you in approximately 10-14 business days. Occasionally preorder items have to be shipped to us from overseas which makes the wait a little longer.
Ukrainian stoneware is handmade to order in Ukraine and as such takers 8-12 weeks to arrive.
