Working side by side with pro chefs, we designed this knife to expertly take on any task, then relentlessly tested it to ensure it holds up to the rigors of even the toughest kitchens (and most demanding chefs). From the three-layer japanese steel to every curve of the handle, no detail was overlooked. After countless prototypes and revisions, this is the result. We can't wait to see what you create with it.

Domestic orders over $45 are eligible for free economy shipping. Prioirty Shipping is extra. Shipping fees vary by location, size & weight, estimates are provided in the shopping cart.

Hawaii, Alaska & International Shipping is available and costs extra.

Preorder makes items available to you even if they are temporarily out of stock at our online fulfillment center. As soon as you submit your preorder we ask our artisans to ship your items to us. We usually receive the items within 3-7 business days. As soon as they arrive we send them to you. So your preorder should get to you in approximately 10-14 business days. Occasionally preorder items have to be shipped to us from overseas which makes the wait a little longer.

Ukrainian stoneware is handmade to order in Ukraine and as such takers 8-12 weeks to arrive.
