I actually don't cinch my bag closed as shown in the picture, just fold it over at the top to close. I have gotten many compliments on this bag, its pretty large, so I have to be mindful of putting everything in it.....with only one small pocket, lack of compartments makes it tough to find things, but really happy with purchase. Sturdy, well made, great supportive strap, and I feel good about purchasing a fair trade product.
